Registration is free. Covenant Eyes says you can register anonymously and choose a Catholic or Protestant version.

That is a generous package for zero dollars.

The 21 days are a container, not a cure

A deadline helps. “Do this today” is easier to follow than “change your life.” Three weeks also feels small enough to start when another 90-day promise sounds impossible.

But 21 is a course length, not a biological reset date. No reliable evidence says every habit, urge, or compulsive pattern clears on day 22.

The better question is what you build during those days.

If the videos lead you to name triggers, change access, tell another person, and plan for a slip, the course leaves something behind. If you only watch, the calendar did most of the moving.

Where Strive 21 is strongest

It speaks directly to Christian men without treating faith as a decorative quote at the end. There is a shared moral language, a male group, and enough structure to remove the “what do I do today?” problem.

The sample lesson on setbacks is especially important. A slip becoming “I failed completely” is how one bad night becomes a bad week. A course that expects setbacks can keep shame from making the next decision.

Where it stops

Strive does not claim to block websites or apps. The video can teach you to remove a trigger, but it cannot stop the same trigger from opening at 1am.

Finally, testimonials on the sales page are not a measured success rate. They show that some participants valued the program. They do not tell you how many finished or stayed porn-free later.

Is Strive21 worth it?

Yes. The price is zero, the commitment is finite, and the program asks for action instead of handing you another streak counter.

Use it as one layer. Pair teaching with a barrier you test, a person who knows the truth, and a plan for the hour you usually slip.
